I’M VEGAN, WILL THIS WORK FOR ME?
The meal plan is predominantly plant-based but it has animal protein. This doesn’t mean vegans can’t follow it.
You’re allowed to substitute animal protein with plant protein – I’ll show you exactly how to do it.
